Looking for a challenging and successful career in the Call, Contact Centre and Customer Service Industries?
Our industry endorsed courses will enable you to gain a range of industry relevant skills in the areas of customer service, essential telephone and computing skills.
Our courses are suitable for people of all ages and work backgrounds, and are designed to suit full-time, part-time, day and evening as well as fast tracking your career.
Our courses are for people wishing to gain employment in the customer contact/telecommunications industry or those who are already employed wishing to upgrade their existing skills and knowledge. Skills are transferable across a range of industry sectors including customer service, sales, telemarketing, help desk, reception and administration.

Customer Contact - Certificate II
FREE TRAINING for eligible job seekers in the Customer Contact Industry.
Course commences: Tuesday, 7 October 2008
Where: Hobart City Campus, 75 Campbell Street
Duration: 6 weeks, Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 3.30pm

Customer Contact - Certificate III
Australian Apprenticeship Program
Certificate III
For new or existing apprentices to gain a qualification whilst in employment. Certificate III focuses on developing intermediate skill levels or recognising skills of experienced Contact/Call Centre employees.
Certificate IV
Certificate IV focuses on leadership development for team leaders, coaches, mentors and senior staff.
Industry Based Commercial Courses
Enterprise specific delivery tailored to meet each enterprise inclusive of accredited/non-accredited or on/off-the-job training and workplace assessment.
Short Courses for the Contact Centre Industry
This course is also offered in a flexible mode.
Start dates are negotiated with participants on a need basis.
