  Full-time - Monday and Wednesday (9am - 12noon)

  Working in small to medium enterprises as a technical officer providing Network, Desktop PC and Systems support.

Applications Stream:
Provides skills in advanced use of software applications and could provide basic application software support within an organisation.

Network Administration Stream:
Develops skills in the administration and maintenance of the user environment for a computer network.

Support Stream:
Provides skills in basic use of a range of technologies to provide first level diagnostic support to people using ICT.
