Library and information services are at the centre of the information age. Library and information services workers organise, maintain and promote library and information collections, and help others meet their information needs.

People who are employed in library and information services work within all industries and in diverse information agencies and libraries. You can work in the public or private sectors, in research, special corporate, education or public libraries.

During the selection process participants will be asked to complete a task using the workstations in the library. This usually involves searching for some information, writing a short paragraph on a topic related to information services, and performing some formatting of documents (All on pc)

Qualifications Available:

• Certificate III in Library / Information Services
• Certificate IV in Library / Information Services
• Diploma of Library / Information Services
