Financial Assistance
Fee Concessions
People receiving Centrelink
allowances such as Newstart, Youth Allowance, a pension, Austudy
or Abstudy, or dependants
of a person receiving these allowances may be eligible
for some concessions. To claim a concession you must produce
Centrelink evidence relevant to your benefit/allowance
at the time of enrolment.
Students may pay fees by instalment
with a $200 deposit, followed by three equal instalments.
OR, if eligible for
concession, via Centrepay with a $50 deposit, followed
by a minimum instalment of $25 deduced from your Centrelink
payment.
Refunds of paid fees can only be granted if the student
has not started the training. A minimum refund of $20 applies.
NB:
There are a few commercial courses, such as Natural Therapies
and some Hair and Beauty courses, that attract
a higher fee and concessions are not available.
